Collector Index: Marque Chapter
Koenigsegg: Engineering Icons
From the CC8S and CCR to the CCXR Trevita, One:1, Agera RS and Regera, followed by Jesko, CC850 and Gemera.
The collector rationale
A Koenigsegg collection can trace engineering ideas as clearly as model generations: early supercharged road cars, highly individual commissions, aerodynamic development and different approaches to hybrid performance. These selected models offer distinct historical and technical perspectives. The objective is a considered collection shaped by the buyer’s interests, with each car’s original specification and factory history understood in detail.
Origins & Rare Commissions
The formative Koenigsegg years and a highly individual expression of the CCXR era.
Koenigsegg CC8S
The CC8S established Koenigsegg’s production-car identity through a carbon chassis and body, a supercharged V8 and a removable roof.
Early-car documentation, engine specification, roof equipment and carbon structure condition deserve specialist attention. Factory service records and a coherent ownership history should support any discussion of originality.
Koenigsegg CCR
The CCR developed the early Koenigsegg formula into a more powerful supercharged V8 road car and an important part of the marque’s speed-record history.
Confirm original chassis identity, engine and supercharger configuration, aerodynamic equipment, carbon condition and maintenance history. Any claimed connection to testing, publicity or competition requires documentary support.
Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita
The CCXR Trevita represents a particularly rare interpretation of the CCXR, distinguished by Koenigsegg’s proprietary Diamond Weave carbon-fibre finish.
Examine the carbon finish, repair history and original commission documentation with marque-qualified specialists. Establish any changes to powertrain configuration or market homologation and verify the completeness of original equipment.
Record & Hybrid Icons
The One:1 and Agera RS bring performance development into focus; the Regera adds a different hybrid grand-touring approach.
Koenigsegg One:1
The One:1 gave Koenigsegg’s Agera-based development a one-megawatt expression, pairing a stated one-to-one power-to-weight ratio with highly focused aerodynamics.
Distinguish an original One:1 from other Ageras with visually similar equipment. Aerodynamic components, carbon wheels, circuit history, repairs and specialist maintenance should be assessed against factory documentation.
Koenigsegg Agera RS
The Agera RS combined lessons from the One:1 with the Agera family’s road-going usability, creating one of Koenigsegg’s defining performance-era models.
Confirm engine and power-package specification, original finish, roof equipment and any subsequent factory upgrades. Record claims should be supported by chassis-specific evidence, alongside condition inspection and maintenance records.
Koenigsegg Regera
The Regera introduced a grand-touring interpretation of Koenigsegg performance, combining a twin-turbo V8 and electric motors through the Koenigsegg Direct Drive system.
Arrange a specialist assessment of the battery, charging equipment, Direct Drive system and hydraulic body mechanisms. Confirm storage and servicing practices, software history and the availability of ongoing factory support.
Contemporary Megacars
The Jesko variants, CC850 and Gemera offer distinct approaches to aerodynamics, driver involvement and shared travel.
Koenigsegg Jesko Attack
The Jesko Attack pairs Koenigsegg’s twin-turbo V8 and nine-speed Light Speed Transmission with a high-downforce aerodynamic package designed around road and circuit performance.
Inspect aerodynamic surfaces, wheel specification and evidence of circuit use. Confirm factory records, delivery and warranty status, applicable fuel specifications and access to qualified maintenance for the Light Speed Transmission.
Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut
The Jesko Absolut interprets the Jesko platform through lower aerodynamic drag and high-speed stability, replacing the Attack’s large rear wing with a streamlined rear design.
Verify variant identity, original aerodynamic and wheel equipment, factory history and the scope of any changes. Registration, warranty, service support and the transfer conditions of an undelivered position require individual review.
Koenigsegg CC850
The CC850 revisits the original Koenigsegg silhouette with a modern twin-turbo V8 and the Engage Shift System, combining manual and automatic operation in one transmission.
Confirm original exterior and cabin specification, the transmission configuration and delivery documentation. Assess warranty and service arrangements, and distinguish a completed car from an allocation or other contractual position.
Koenigsegg Gemera
The Gemera extends Koenigsegg’s performance philosophy to a four-seat grand-touring format, combining a hybrid powertrain with room for passengers and luggage.
Confirm the contracted and delivered specification, powertrain, intended jurisdiction and any transfer restrictions. Battery and drivetrain support, warranty arrangements and delivery records should form part of a detailed buyer brief.
Build the collection
Atelier Grand Slam considers buyer mandates for individual automobiles and, where appropriate, the considered assembly of a complete marque lineage. Every search is subject to owner willingness, availability, diligence and client-defined parameters.
