Atelier Grand Slam / Privacy

Privacy Notice

Private enquiries deserve careful handling. This notice explains what happens to the personal information you send us through this website.

Who is responsible?

Atelier Grand Slam is responsible for the personal information submitted through its website. For privacy questions or requests, email info@ateliergrandslam.nl. You do not need to complete an acquisition or sale enquiry to make a privacy request.

Information we receive

When you make a buyer or seller enquiry, we receive your contact details, capacity, country, preferred contact and timing, together with your acquisition requirements and budget or vehicle details, history, authority to sell and sale objectives. Optional fields are identified in the form. Please do not send identity documents, bank statements, proof of funds or full chassis numbers through the initial form.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to respond, understand the acquisition or sale you are considering and discuss whether we can assist. The form asks for your consent to this use. You may withdraw that consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing and may mean we cannot continue handling your enquiry.

If discussions develop into a mandate, additional processing may be needed to take steps at your request before an agreement or to perform one. We will explain any additional verification or information requirements when they arise. We do not use website enquiries to subscribe you to marketing emails.

Who may receive it?

Access is limited to people working on your enquiry and the service providers needed to run the website, email and related IT services. We do not send your identifiable brief to an owner, dealer or other transaction party simply because you submitted this form. If sharing becomes appropriate for a specific acquisition or sale, we will discuss the scope with you first. Information may also need to be shared with professional advisers or authorities where required for an engagement or by law.

Retention and security

For enquiries that do not become mandates, we retain the information for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, unless it is needed longer for a legal obligation or a legal claim. If you become a client, we retain relevant records for the duration of the engagement and any applicable legal or record-keeping period. We limit access to authorised people and apply appropriate safeguards to the systems holding enquiries.

Website operation and international context

Website and hosting systems process technical information, including IP addresses and request times, to deliver the site and protect it against misuse. The enquiry forms use a necessary session cookie for security verification. Short-lived, hashed IP-based counters help limit abuse and are periodically removed. Security processing relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. International sharing for a later transaction is discussed separately and must use appropriate safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing where that right applies. You can withdraw consent by emailing info@ateliergrandslam.nl. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Updates

We may revise this notice when our services or data practices change. The latest version will be available here. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
